Try playing quest mode on a higher difficulty setting if you are not already.
I tested the game here at SOE
The progress bar doesnt progress at that rank and the other ranks are special ranks for AI characters.
Cheers mate i'm actually in quest mode twice i knew that i was in there since i happen to be in the credits of arcade mode too and Conqueror IS...
Thats because Conqueror is the last rank folks
