Same thing happened to mine, except it was the buttons that tore inside, then the Dpad went out later. I liked it a lot while it worked though....
Yeah I have a replay of chefy and looked at the inputs, took about 30 seconds to get it down.

It doesn't show for me either, i'm assuming it's related to the cookies on you're pc/browser, that allow you too see the image.
