That is indeed worrisome.

Another terrifying version of that is when you log into VF to "only practice a bit in special sparring, maybe do one or two ranked fights and then call it a night",

Then what happens is that these evil people invite you to a room - never fall into that trap because they will make it fun, a good time but it is all a plan of ruining your sleep!
