Set the CPU to get hit on CH. Then go in Details and set the Fall Recovery to any Side Roll.
Do your move and then attack the dummy while it's Tech Rolling, if your attack hits on NH it's a meaty.

Go to cpu setting and set it to counter hit. And then hit details set the fall recovery to tech roll. Check out some moves on your moves list, and test them out. As just as they trying get up, try to hit them. If it don't flash yellow, it's a meaty attack. I hope I explain it clear enough.
