    That sucks dude.
    Normally it's a silly windows update, or sometimes a software update, or graphics driver update, that does that kinda crap.

    Restoring it to a previous save point, normally solves this problem. Or, uninstalling the update as fast as you could, solves this problem too.

    What happens when you put your pc in safe mode? Does the problem still occur?
