You "guessed" the wrong ones? There's only 1 throw escape to avoid getting picked up and thrown into the wall. Also, baz messaged you to escape 2P+G.

To avoid getting pushed forward in Catch, escape with P+G.

That I know. The shield throw, I did more neutral and back, didn't realize that one was forward.

I'm not talking about that throw. Catch is 6P+G, and Wolf can throw you forward, backward, or move behind you. You use P+G to avoid getting thrown forward when he's behind you, too.

I probably got elbow dropped more often for attempting a 2P+G escape. Which is a good option imo

I can't remember you escaping any ground throws. LOL. Taking that down attack is better than losing 100% of your life from the ground throw.
