1p isn't punishable either. With that aside, I seemed to have misunderstood how Jean's 66p mixup works, Not only that, but I thought the move was 16 frames. It's actually 18 frames. Thanks man, you helped me understand Jean a little bit better, even if it was just making me go in to training
