I use a cronus converter now. It allows for things like PS2 to XBI, PS3 to 360, 360 to PS4 etc. It works with good arcade sticks too.

The lag on PJS stream has PSN type of lag to it. I don't want to have deal with that type of lag on XBL unless I have to personally.
