According to the SEGASAMMY FY Ending March 2019 1st Quarter report, Yakuza 6: The Song of Life is slated for release to PC. This is in line with SEGA's recent strategy of bringing more of its IP to the PC platform, and with previous Yakuza titles (Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami) already announced for the PC platform, you could argue there are no huge surprises there. However(!), we all know that buried within Yakuza 6 is an arcade port of Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown! Let that sink in for a second.
As announced on Major Nelson's Twitter, Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown will be free to Xbox live users from July 1st to July 15th.

I still remember the first issue of Sega Saturn Magazine I ever purchased. It was the Feb 1997 edition, emblazoned with incredible cover art of Akira Yuki, and the title ‘Fighters Megamix’ in the corner. A new fighting game from AM2 was just about the most incredible thing that a Sega fan could ask for in ’97 (and in my opinion, it still is), and this was the first sighting of something that would become a very special game in Sega’s history.

It looks like this week, VF5FS now has a Complete Edition available for only $19.99, at least on PSN.
For PS Plus members, the complete edition will be on sale for $14.99 starting November 20th (tomorrow).
I don't know what is being offered on XBL, but I assume the Complete Edition will be there.
