Storyline(top)

Pai had entered the 4th World Fighting Tournament out of concern for her ailing father, Lau. However, she was eliminated from the tournament and never had a chance to see what condition he was in.

After picking up clues from a chance meeting with a cleric from the Shaolin temple, Pai set off in search of Lau. She was not prepared for what she saw. Bloodied and grimacing with pain, Lau was hunched over and Lei-Fei, poised as if to inflict a killing blow, was standing over him.

Pai leapt to her father’s defense, forcing Lei-Fei to flee. Lau disappeared during the battle, and Pai lost track of him until she learned that he had entered the 5th World Fighting Tournament months later. Compelled to see her father fight for what might be the final time, Pai decided to enter also.
