What's the diffrence between VF3 revision a-d

Are there some minor gameplay changements between the different versions.........

It's not the most complete list as far as I know, but you might get a good general idea of what was changed.

The War section has a list of some changes from ob to tb (I'm guessing this is between ver. c and tb, but it probably is ver. d to tb) as well as a list of some differences between arcade and DC.
