i've never seen vf3 before. chibita completely outrageous in that vid... he makes lion look top tier.

if there's one thing i got to admit about the game itself, it's that the music is fricken AWESOME.

The more I see about VF3, the more strongly I get the impression that I seriously missed out.

Thanks for sharing that Taka Video. Winning with Taka, in the context of Jacky taking guaranteed 50%+ energy of a standing punch?
    Thats just nuts!

This game was so mind blowing when it came out as far as graphics and gameplay. It changed me from tekken to Virtua Fighter. Sad thing is that it took me two to three years before I could play the game, and I played the Dreamcast version before the arcade version. They haven't did the multi tiered stages since then, I would like to see them bring it back just as kind of a reminder of the past. I still play it on occasion it's a lot more fun than some people think!!!

i've never understand why people hate vf3, in my opinion the multi-height stages was the next logical step in the evolution of graphics, back in '96 was absolutely amazing

one thing that bugged me was that certain characters benefited much more greatly in certain terrain situations than others. Kind of spread the tiers a bit. Also $1 to play in arcade was brutal.

i don't know exactly:), but back in 2001 when vf4 launched in AC
there was this general feeling (at least for me) saying that vf is back, gone are the stages from 3, the mighty vf2 is back
then in 2002 when the ps2 version shipped almost in all the gaming magazines i was reading the same thing.
i apologies to everyone who got offended by my post
    P.S.: sorry for my english

I actually recieved a Model 3 board from an Arcade owner that was going out of business. I think I'll get VF3 for my cabinet just to see the difference between DC and AC. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
