    Please use this thread to share, test and discuss VF5REVO Pai Combos. The Content Managers have to ability to add these to the VFDC Combos database.

    Just going trough some of the old basic combos and checking how they work with the new weights.

    [3][K][+][G]

    [3][K][+][G][6][K][+][G][P][K][K] 70 damage
    Universal, delay the [P] on taka.

    [3][K][+][G][6][K][+][G] ► WS[P][+][K][P] 70 damage
    Universal.

    [3][K][+][G][3][P][P][6][P][P][K] 73 damage
    Does not work if [3][K][+][G] hits from too far, does not work on jeffry, wolf, taka,
    Requires slight delay on the [3][P] on el blaze.

    [K]


    [K][9][K][K] 45 damage

    Does not work on taka

    [K][P][P][4][P][K] 54 damage
    [K][P][P][K][K] 53 damage

    both work on the same characters. Does not work on taka. Does not work against wolf in closed stance if too close.

    [K][P][3][K][P][P] 57 damage
    Does not work on jeffry, wolf, taka

    [2_][3][P][+][K] CH

    [2_][3][P][+][K] CH [6][K][P][4][K]
    dash [K][K] 77 damage
    Does not work on taka.

    Does not work on taka.

    (the taka combo listed is open stance only, otherwise use [9][K][K] or [6][6][P][K] for 41 damage)

    Side crumble combos are the same as in FS.

    Should atleast help get the combo page started.

    I haven't found anything new routes within her damage output in terms of her juggles. I still wish that you could actually do a few more bounds off normal juggles on Midweights.

    seems like a real spotty optimization
    works on pai, kage, sarah, jacky, lion, aoi, eileen
    jean in open stance only

    Another optimization i caught on yanchan's stream
    [3][K][+][G] DM [6][K][P][4][K] [6][K][+][G] WS[P][+][K][P] 83 damage
    Blaze
    only.

    On some other characters you can do it with a dash instead of the defensive move, but then you have to manually time the 6K string to hit in the correct way. Wonder if there is a timing trick which would make it consistent on other characters too.

    I have taken the responsibility to update Pai content on VFDC. I just added the categories and will slowly update. If there is a category that should be added, let me know! I am not a combo-person, but I guess a good way to learn combos is to contribute to the site ^_^.

    Nice to have someone finally update the combo listings. Seems like you plan on adding the options after the different frame advantages from a reversal as well, that's going to be a lot of work but might be usefull in a few niche situations.

    I will have to start labbing some more combos myself as well.

    There is at least two reversals that you can get something better than just [9][K][K]. I am not entirely sure of how I want to organize it, but just putting it up there as is for now. I think I will add the stuff you posted earlier in this thread and then slowly build the on the list.

    Going through Findu's list. In the combo list right diagrams, I marked it for combos that are 100% likely to occur without exceptions. For those that have additional requirements (like distance), I mentioned it in the notes section.
