This is like the 3rd time its gone on sale. I bought the PSN bundle the day after it came out, why won't the Xbox version ever go on sale. (I need the DLC on Xbox, already have the game itself)

the game was discounted like 3 times on xbox live. If you are asking about a dlc's discount, well that's another story...
