Even the person using Lei Fei gets confused sometimes. Against a tricky character like this, know the important stuff and take it cooly, and you'll come across some ? points too.

    Basic approach.
At close range, Lei Fei will often use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif into mixups. If you guard the first /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, the Doku /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif or throw mixup can be beaten with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif. If the opponent does Doku /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif Lei will be floated, and you can go for a combo. If Lei Fei does /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif you cannot interrupt, so do ETEG or if you evade the third hit, use a fast retaliation move that has good properties for hitting low. You may east a throw, but if you predict a throw, use your best launcher. The stance cancel throw will be a 0F throw, and will not clash, so you can juggle Lei to the high heavens.
In terms of evading, going to Lei's stomach is the main way, and throw escape directions are /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gifand /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif. Either one does close to 60dmg, so if you can escape these you've nullified a big chunk of his damage.
Next, dealing with his often used /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif. If you predict it, you can duck and do a back throw for good damage. With the heavy weights this alone will do good damge, so with just this threat you can pressure.
Jacky and Vanessa can atemi when not guarding, which can be used well against Hai /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif at long range as well as his /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif strings at close range. If you're ready for it, you can interrupt Hai /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif (*I think he got the characters wrong here, not sure if this move is right.) It's kind of tricky, but against the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif property filled Lei Fei it's surprisingly effective.
NExt, as mentioned in the main text, against Sabakis leg and shoulder attacks are vital, and if you have moves that reach his stances at long range, you can pretty much shut him up.

    - After /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif is blocked ,Lei Fei is at +- O, and the fast executing Hai /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif will beat out standing moves, while slow low moves will lose to Hai /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif.
    - What is useful here is moves like Pai and Lau's fast executing low to high hit moves.
    - Lei can only cancel stance and duck or use Doku /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gifor/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif to the correct side.

    Wall strategies
Against a wall Lei Fei's power increases a lot, so you have to be mindful in this situation. The thing you least want to eat is his /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, with just one hit your life goes down a lot. If you are hit by it, try your best to block the followup /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif
His /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif is a single handed punch class, so Vanessa and Jacky can deal with it by atemi ok. Even if it doesn't look like it, you can generally atemi it. If you try to use a ETEG here, he can often hit you with a delayed /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif. You can either just stand there, or take the initiative and use strings. If you use single hit moves, he can evade and /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif so be careful of that. Fighting with your back to the wall is tough, so do your best not to be pressured into that situation.

    - Even this far from the wall, Lei has many things that will take you to the wall. Use evade or ARE to get yourself offline from the wall.

    Vs Stances
Most people who don't know the Lei Fei battle see stances as their weak point.
The first thing you want to remember is moves that go into Nehan afterwards, as the recovery is greater than the frames would indicate. For example, Koko /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif if guarded, Lei is forced to go through Nehan stance, and even from here if he cancels the stance, the frames taken to cancel yield a guaranteed attack.
Also, he can go for sabaki attempts, but he will eat big moves that cannot be sabaki'ed. For example, Akira's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif[dbk]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif or Wolf's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif are guaranteed. From here, if Lei goes in to sleeping stance, there will be a speical hit animation. Normal combos won't connect, but he cannot tech-roll so you can go for bound combos or a large pounce attack for big guaranteed damage. Follow up appropriately and intently.
A backdash against stances is also effective. It's tough when Lei does Hai /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif and has advantage etc., but after something like /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif just making some distance makes it very tough for Lei Fei. If Lei expects something and does a sabaki move which whiffs, he will be left wide open.
Which is to say, don't date him...* You can wait out Lei t oget him at disadvantage or make him whiff. And, when Lei is at advantage, unless he's in Doku or Hai stance, he won't likely go for stance cancel into throw.

    - Moves like this one (Nehan /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif?) have guaranteed retaliations, and if you do something like /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif when he goes for Koko /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif you can get a juggle.
    - After Doku /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif is blocked, an elbow is guaranteed. Even if he switches to Doku stance, it won'T be in time to akemi.
    - Against moves that have no guaranteed retaliation, you can avoid them. If you wait for them, you can leave him wide open.

    Remebering retaliations
The first thing you want to remember is his /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif. A throw or standing /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif are guaranteed, so go for them.
Next, after his /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif. After guarding it, an upper class move is guaranteed, so don't go for a throw that might be escaped, use an elbow. The /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif is a string, so there is the option of stopping after the first hit, or going on to the second, in that case if you block the first you can retaliate without any problem.
Against /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif often used at medium range, a throw or standing /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif will work.

    - /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif is one of Lei Fei's main combo starters. At -15 go for the right retaliation.
    - /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif has no guaranteed retaliation. It's an often used move, but be careful not to go for throws to retaliate.

Unfortunately, the wall combo you posted is actually one of the weaker one's and doesn't work universally.
I got a stronger one that works all high/mid wall, all sized characters and does 98 points of damage.
    Ahh...Lei Fei...combo master.
