I am now totally convinced after playing W.M.A.C. II for hours and hours over the last few days that it has the most challenging AI in the Virtua Fighter series. W.M.A.C. (Worldwide Martial Arts Championship) II is a tournament mode in VF4EVO that can be found in the Event Square. It is a 64 opponent tournament. One human player and the rest are some of the most brutal, vicious, nasty AI fighters in the entire Virtua Fighter Series. These AI represent emulations/simulations of some of the best human players in Japanese Arcades at the time VF4EVO was put out. These AI make for some extremely good training and practice opportunities. The training setups in the Dojo cannot match what you get hit with when playing against the AI in W.M.A.C.II also Event Square has an Underground Fighting Arena with 14 blistering battle modes:

    • Knockdown Clash
    • Iron Fight
    • Combo Content
    • Combo Maniax
    • Survival Tournament
    • Wrestler's Battle
    • Venus Cup
    • Mirror Match
    • Wall Death Match
    • AM2 Cup
    • Seesaw Game
    • Counter Challenge
    • Ultimate Battle
    • Hyper Action Battle

If you're lucky enough to have access to a playable VF4 Evolution, spend some time in the Event Square. The Event Square puts up some of the most challenging and nuanced AI opponents that can be had in the Virtua Fighter series. During those lonely times when when online VF is dead and no human players are around. Event Square is the place to be:ROTFL:

Interesting observations about the AI's in VF.

    • If you change styles the AI changes its attack, defense, etc. For example if you play rush down, turtle, bulldog, or poke the AI will adjust and for some of the AI's they will also adapt to a degree. Under certain circumstances the AI can surprise you.

    • The AI is very good to practice new moves, and new combos against. Its much better to practice against the AI than to practice against the training partner in the Dojo.

    • The AI in the Event Square is better than 65% of human players that you face in online room matches or rank matches in VF5FS and VF5US.

I dislike when the AI out of nowwhere, dodges and sidesteps my attacks though. That AI can be a bit too smart sometimes.:p
