Ultimate Akira with laser bracelets?

when i was my playing my aoi i encountered an akira with a hero ranking.... i noticed he didnt have any losses and he had a laser kind of bracelet on his arm...... did anyone els encounter this guy, and how do u get this cool laser bracelet?? this is for evo players.. please reply

 

There are two Hero Akiras in evo.Shigeo and Akio.All the Heroes have all the orbs so its not possible to win any of them off them in a fight that is.The thing you're talking about is a light emitting bracer.You can get this for all characters if you complete all 30 sets of mission practices with your characters and then can equip it to their arm.There is another Hero called Makouichi or something who is a Lion player.Completing trial mode,tactics advice and challenge mode will further reward you with items or wallpapers ( background pictures on menu screens).Good luck with the training!
