I was wondering how the EVO intros would be.
The music is nice and the intros are well done.

 

Yes I spoke of these in my latest "Evolution Sarah thread" report. Nice aren't they. I wonder why Jacky and Sarah don't have scenes together like Pai/Lau, Wolf/Akira/Aoi do. Perhaps in the eventual home conversion we'll get a Story mode or....dare I say it, an Ending...

Wouldn't it be nice if each character had their own demo where they're the main focus like the new characters were. It reminds me of the old VF2 intros on the Saturn where each character transformed from their VF1 model into their VF2 look then did a trademark technique.

Soul Calibur had a similar option which I would always fiddle with (Siegfried at the start and Nightmare at the end with every one else in-between). VF's gameplay has been fine tuned for years. A little bit of cosmetic trivia wouldn't hurt it surely.

BTW, I wonder if the character we see who looks up at the end of the intros is random. In the London Test machine it was Vanessa and Jacky, perhaps it's linked to rankings or player percentage...

 

Although I tend to thing of endings as redundant for a fighting game, an FMV sequence for each character would be nice. The first time you see them you really enjoy them!
But after having seen them several times you lose all interest in them...

I still remember the first time I saw VF2's intro, it was really great!

Anyway I never understood at the time why they didn't put the FMV (the one where you see Jacky driving his car, Lion saving a dog, etc...) sequence as an intro for VF3.

For VF4, It would have been nicer to have opening loop A (the one where Lei Fei is performing his form/kata and Akira is fighting Shun Di) as an intro.

 

I thought they put Kage looking up because there was Dural...
But as you said it must be dependant on something...

The same goes for the music theme!The camera movement is
also fantastic and in general the direction is number one!
It would be nice if those intros where mpeg.

 

Why did Brad get to show off and Goh just get his ass kicked?

 

Hey those were great! /versus/images/icons/grin.gif I was just wondering though. I've only seen one movie with one of the new fighters. And that was one with Goh. And from these 2 new clips I can see that Brad dose some form of kick boxing Or Muay Thai. Man thats the reason I fell in love with Vanessa. I love Muay Thai. Man if anyone has anymore Brad Clips or Goh clips could you please post them. Thanks

afaik there are only 2 movies of goh and no movies of brad. To see goh in action go to http://exec.que.ne.jp/movie.htm and download the very first link (assuming the page hasn't changed in the past few hours).
To get the other goh download 2002bay6-3.wmv from http://beat-tribe.com/vfr/ ... click movies and it's the third clip.

 

Does someone know if VF4 evo ver.B has new intros?
Those of you who play ver.B in Japan did you notice
anything?If there are new intros can't wait to see them!!(sorry for my bad English)
