I have really trouble incorporating akiras sabaki into my game (ver C, waiting for evo to hit Europe)... Basicly I think it sucks. The only time I find it mildly usefull is after a whiffed 666p if I can forsee the opponent will try to counter me with a punch. As I know this move gives you hella dmg - any tips?

Just use it when your opponent is at a slight disadvantage to a slight advantage, like after connecting P,K or d/b+K or d/f+K...etc. Basically, it all depends on how your opponent reacts to certain situations, so use it whenever an you think they will low punch.

When your uncounterable attacks are blocked, ppl tend to respond with low punch (for example after you f,f,f+P is blocked... or after df+P+K is blocked)... that's a good time to try the b+P+K+G reversal to deflect their low punch... then you can SPoD them.

Akira's sabaki works the best in a close situation.

Anticipate your opponents' low punch and do the

sabaki or [3][G][P][K],[P] ,which also beats low punch

    and high punch.

    [4]+[P]+[K]+[G] [6]+[P] [6][6]+[K][K]

Also, if you anticipate your oppenet moving in with a high punch or slow high/mid attack, try the catch throw on them. Emphasis on sabakis is not recommended, but throwing them in at least once or twice per match will improve your Akira game alot.

This won't always hit if you inashi a low punch...best thing to do it to do the insahi, wait and see...if they stumble on their ass do a yoho combo or if they just stumble backwards do a stpm combo.
