Second arcade...hmm?

I'm on the second arcade so far and I'm trying to 100% it. I have beated all the quest orders, got first on the tourney. However, I'm still at 84% ( according to my status). What else do I have to do?

 

You have to beat every enemy on that arcade to get to 100%. Every guy with no star on his stats means you've never defeated it. Simple..

 

Ah..heh...back to mindless gaming then ;d. Maybe I'll win some prizes or something.
