    Didnt see it anywhere, so here you go. If I get something wrong, pls tell me and i'll correct it.

    Standing
    10f: Throw
    12f: [P][6][P]
    13f: [K][+][G],[P]
    14f: [4][3][P][+][K] (knockdown and oki) or [K][+][G],[P] (Advantage)
    15f: [6][P][+][K][P] ([P][+][K][+][G] stance transition) or [6][K] Koko stance (uninterruptible [K] or [1][P][+][K][+][G] [2][K] full circular sweep) Or [K][+][G],[P] is also a valid option
    16f: [9][K]
    17f: [3][3][P],[P] or [9][K]
    18f: Same as 17
    19f: same as 17
    20f: [1][P][+][K]

    Crouching
    12f: [2][P]
    13f: [2][P]
    14f: [4][3][P][+][K]

    Man, now that I look at it, Lei fei dont have the best punishes. But honestly, its lei fei, does he really need 'em? Haha

    Also, its odd to see punishment vary so much. Ex. with brad after 17f, everything is the same. Just something different though.

    Once again, feel free to correct me or add any other possibility

    Just to nitpick, I don't *think* there are any -12 and -13 moves that leave the opponent in a crouched state, so you might as well put P6P as a punishment for those.

    [9][K] and [9][K][+][G] are the same speed but i think [9][K] is usually better to use.

    Lei-Fei's punishers have always been bottom tier, and punishment has become more important in FS. Although, [K][+][G][P] filled a really big empty gap where he only had [P][6][P] for an option as a strike punisher. [K][+][G][P] is one of the only few i13 punishers in the game.

    I think punisher lists are the first thing you got to pick up with a new char. Thanks for making this list. I've had no idea what Lei's punishing moves were and that was a huge part of why I didn't ever mess with him. This helps.

    Yeah, to my understanding, [9][K] has better damage. Unfortunately, he is lacking a traditional 14f elbow, and a launching 15f punisher :(

    The only -12 low I know of is Goh BT 2K which recovers standing.

    I can only think of one -13 one right now and that recovers standing too and I think all -14 ones do too so K+GP is an option on those.

    33PP is possible at -17 but really hard thanks to the dashframe. The only -17 move I can think of right now is Taka's 33P+K and 33PP does not launch Taka.

    I think PPP and P6PP are both guaranteed on Taka on rCH. 6P+KPP is also guaranteed on rCH on him.

    6P+KP and 6K aren't really worth mentioning using as punishes, I'd think.

    Kage has 44K+G which is -12 and backturned, but after I tested punishing it it turned out to recover standing, so I didnt post about it. You can just PK that (or P6P with Lei). Actually I guess you can elbow it since he is backturned?

    33PP nets more damage as punishment than 9K, but as you said, it has the dashframe danger.

    ps. Taka-specific punishment is important to include in any punishment list, but I dont actually know those for Lei.

    pps. I don't think Lei's punishment is bottom tier. That would be closer to Kage.

    Ok, so I can get rid of crouching 12 and 13.


    what is the optimal 15f punish then? Is it still k+g, p? Sorry, the commands aren't agreeing with vfdc on my phone. Can't get rid of this - -> [+][K]

    Kage 44K+G you can hit him BT with up to 15f moves and catch him sideturned with up to 18f moves if I remember right. Assuming he does not press buttons. If he does he'll get CH'd from the front (unless he has some BT moves that actually count as being BT while getting hit out of them). But I dunno what the best punishment for that one particular move with Lei is, probably 9K but you have to know BT combo too just in case he decides to not press anything after.
