[PSN] Nashville Tennessee Player

Hello there, just got the game on the PlayStation network.
Seems like a really fast paced game...so a bit unsure how to get started learning and such.
I have chosen Jacky as my character of choice
And would really like to learn how to beat Goh players...they really bully me online.

I am a new player too, I'm in PA, hope we can get some games in ~

When do you play? I'm not that far from you either.

 

Been working 12 hours (7:00am~7:00pm Monday ~ Saturday)
Using vacation days for the Sundays this month
So I should be online most Sundays after 1:00pm USA- Central Time Zone.
But with holiday travel and such...it can be iffy.
Just shoot me a friend invite and message me if you see me online with the game.

 

If neither of you don't add me before I add y'all, my PSN is oJDEo (well it should show up anyways haha). When more things start opening up, we could get together offline & play some sets. Not really much of an online guy. I just make due & have fun with what I have. Usually travel to 2 to 3 tournaments a year for games I like. I usually make at least 1 of them if I don't make 3. I hope more people play VF this time.

Virtua is a sport. It is VERY deep, with LOTS to learn. This is the reason why has held many of our interest for 10, 15, for some of us 20+ years and counting.

Alright, will see what I can do.
My Sunday vacation day was revoke and was called in for 12-hour overtime Sunday.
Will try to make time to get online this coming Sunday.
Unsure if I am at the level of tournament play, myself.
I need more time to get comfortable with the mechanics before traveling and paying entry fees.

Yes, finding out how deep this game is...a bit intimidating (I admit)
I must be getting matched up with the 20+ year people online.
My lack of knowledge is very clear when I am in a online match.
Usually get "boo'ed" or kicked after losing a room match.

Man, been away for a long while with the work schedule.
Should now have more time to get in some games.
So I just ranked up to level 21...after being stuck at level 20 for 3+ hours.
Kept matching up with the same person and getting 0-3!
Eventually they let me get the free win to rank up around 2:00am
Is there a reason I did not get matched up with anyone else ?
Also, why didn't this person rank up after winning 154 times in a row ?
