Looking for help: What does this icon mean?

I see it in my xbox360 game underneath the character portrait of the opposing player. It is a red icon followed by "x 0" in white- presumably a counter that will go up to x1, x2, etc.

Any idea what this means, or where it's from?

 

That's Shun's drink counter.

 

Dural can also have it.
