Location of Bulldozer Jeffry in quest ( PAL )

Just trying to get my player list up to 100% but atm its at a frustrating 99.6%.I need to find the location of Bulldozer Jeffry.He's a destroyer rank with a yellow orb item.I know its no biggie but if anyone knows what arcade he's in please can you tell me! Phew found him if anyones interested he's in sega world north with his weird skull head on .
