    That stuff is all part of the newest update. Are you getting it for PC or 360 dennis?

    It should just come already packaged with the updates, basically the GOTY version supersedes the other one, by itself so you won't have to download the updates, but the price remains the same. It's probably repackaged like that so they can snake their way around a price drop.
