Kage Air throws

I'm new and having real trouble getting the timing right for Kage's air throw from 10ft toss, could someone help me by telling me when i should go for the throw

 

Hmm haven'y done izuna drop thing after tft in a while but I'm pretty sure all you had to do was u+p+g during the recovery animation of the TFT.To be honest though you're MUCH better of going for combo's, the combo I started with was TFT, b,k+g dragon punch. : )
