Try his P+G or [3][3][P][G] throw and then use a hop over the enemy, follow up with his backturned [P]+[K] and see what you can do......

i am indeed familiar with both hopping over the opponent (if your facing a wall after the hop, you can do a couple of wall moves) and the stomach crumble move that looks like Jann-Lee's 'super fist' out of DOA, but would the latter not take time to initiate and, furthermore, if your back is turned and your opponent is down, would you not be vulnerable to a recovery attack?

Actually I think this trick relies on your opponent to do a rising attack right after Jacky jumps over them so they end up back to back. Afterwards, Jacky does his BT [P]+[K] for a backstagger then do [6][6]+[K]. Make sure you do the punt kick while the opponent is still facing away. This will cause a strange thing to happen. Your opponent will actually stagger and stumble towards you with their back still exposed to you after the puntkick.

The basic trick to this is to do the following:

    P+G throw.
Opponent chooses not to sideroll, and tries a high rising kick with some delay.
meanwhile, you do [9_][K] to hop over them (keep holding uf and K until you've landed).

If the opponent did try a rising attack, you will hop cleanly over their fallen body and can then do what akirazero describes, a backturned P+K backstagger combo.

Keep in mind just trying to hop over them if they don't decide to do a rising kick (or if they do a sideroll) will fail.

I have 2 or 3 movies showcasing just this trick in version C. It might be a little funky in evo, the slow execution of the puntkick for example might mean you don't get the nice double backstagger effect described in akirazero's post. I'll be glad to arrange a send for the movies sometime.

You time the hop over (body cross) as the fallen opponent is almost starting the rising kick animation. Thus before you cross over their body, the direction of their rising attack is already determined. This is how you successfully cross over, otherwise if you don't time it right, their rising attack will hit like you said.

I think it's also possible to cross over with some of jacky's other moves... but i'm not an expert with jacky so I won't speculate here, but other characters have moves that will cross over such as Pai's [9]+[K], Lau's [4][6]+[P], Akira's DLC variant, etc...
