how does this cool link between this to moves work..................only against certain characters like Lion,Aoi..................or are there any other secrets...

 

well, it's a bounce combo. It can be done on any
character except Taka and to get the kickflip to
hit is strictly a timing issue.

Because this is a SEGA game the timing is consistent
to the type of hit only. If you hit with the heel
sword when your opponent is just standing there then
the timing will be different if the opponent was
countered. The heel sword (b+K+G) is most effective
when it hits a low puncher or interupts any low
attack.

Here's the real important thing. After the heel sword
you have more time than you would think before you have
to throw out the kickflip. Most people screw it up
in real combat because they have to swtich to a more
relaxed pace for their inputs where before it was more
frantic (but not uncontrolled, eh?).

Odds are if you are missing the combo then you're simply
trying to connect the kickflip too early. Slow it down
some. And practice with a partner who is willing to hold
down and low punch repeatedly.

Some other combos:
versus everyone
heel sword, kickflip (b+K+G, ub+K)
heel sword, LBF-sweep (b+K+G, db+P,k)
heelsword, low kick, punt (b+K+G, d+K, ff+K..might be OB only and is very hard)
heel sword, highkick lowkick (b+K+G, k, d+K) hard

versus Aoi
heel sword, knee, kickflip (b+K+G, f+K, ub+K)
heelsword, crouchdashed lowpunch, LBF-sweep (b+K+G, CD,d+P+E, DB, db+P,k)
-DB stands for dash buffer, it is a way to make your character
stand up after performing a move that recovers low. After
crouch dashed low punch it's easier to do this than wait for
simple wait for the character to stand naturally.

versus Taka
heel sword, LBF-sweep (b+K+G, db+P,k)
-the lowback fist does not hit but the sweep does.
