How does Shinz's Jacky move like he does?

Can someone explain how he moves so frequently and so swiftly? It seems at times like he's blocking while moving, is he tapping the block button? How can I move like he does?

 

do crouch dashes rapidly while tapping guard. You move an inch, block, move an inch, block... etc. This means using both forward and backwards crouch dashes.
Try doing just d/f, d/f, G --> d/b, d/b, G ... repeat until you can zip back and forth while barely moving. You might find it helps if you use a joystick and use the 'wiggle method' to crouch dash: hold the joystick down and rapidly wiggle it between d/f, d, d/f or d/b, d, d/b.

Yes, Moving like that with jacky is VERY beneficial mainly to try and entice a character to swing or think its safe. Jacky plays the best interrupt game of all the VF fighters IMO. Of course there's always Akira =). Use Jacky's Movement plus incorperate it with his BK, and you've got something. =) later.
