It's called a modified double palm.... to do it enter [3][3_] (the command to go into a crouch dash) then immediately enter b,f+P.

db, db also works, that's the command for a reverse crouch dash.
The reason it's so fast is because you can enter a crouch faster by doing a crouch dash than you can by just holding [2_] to duck.

My suggestion for practicing instant double palms is to a do a move with a little bit of recovery, then buffer [3][3_] while akira is still recovering. Then as soon as he's able to move again, enter the b,f+P.
    For example:
df+K --> buffer df, DF just before you recover -> b,f+P

VF4 crouch dash doesn't require that you hold the second motion. So instead of [3][3_] you just need to do [3][3] (and similarly, [1][1]) and is the only way to get instant double palms, or any move starting with [2_] (from crouching). Any frames spent on holding the second input are just wasted.

    I mean in a combo w/o a crouch dash for instance [6][4][P]+[G][8](or [2])[P]+[K],[6][6][6][P],[2_][4][6][P].

I see the comp always using that combo. Use the same motion ([3][3_]) after the [6][6][6][P]. Same thing for all moves that require -rising from crouch.

If doing df, df then b,f+P feels impossible, you can also get some pretty easy combo damage by doing d+P to get crouched, then b,f+P for the double palm. Like in your example ... you can do f,b+P+G -> u+P+K -> fff+P -> d+P -> b,f+P.

Doing instant double palms on a control pad is haaard. Easier if you have a stick.

it's not that hard CreeD! I don't play with a stick, but can do all of his combo's with double palms and shoulder rams. also, after [6][4]+[P]+[G]-->[8]/[2]-->[P]+[K]-->[6][6][6]+[P] the [2][P] whiffs (for me anyway) though i havn't tried it doing [3][3][2]+[P], which brings you slightly closer.
Calvin, it is worth tying to learn to modified double palms, because, for example, after [2_][6]+[P]+[K]-->[P]-->[3][3][4][6][P] does more damage than [2_][6_]+[P]+[K]-->[2]+[P]-->[2_][4][6]+[P]. in tough matches it gets important to grasp these extra points from your opponents life.
