Help with my A.I ( in old vf4 )

I decided to create Akira A.I fighter in old vf4. I have a few questions I need answers...
1. How do I teach him to do evading throw escapes after using guarandeed throw move?
2. When the moron is ready to learn buffered crouch? Idiot wasnt able to perform this combo -- Knee--+--. He tried it(and tried and tried...), but did only knee---. How could he beat anyone if he doesnt learn even basic combos?
3. Finally, when he is ready to learn SPoD?Althought he learned it, he wasnt able to do it during matches /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif.
I´d be glad to have same answers.

I almost forgot: Can I teach him this? +--jump over opponents body--knee( back turned ), or is it too complicated?

 

I'm no AI expert, but I think in old VF4 you cannot teach him any of the things listed in your post. Sorry. People complain about the modified moves problem a lot, and I remember that you cannot record EDTEG properly in training mode, so the AI probably cannot learn it either.

They are that bad? Well, I just gotta focus on series then.( He actually learned +--jump over--knee. I just had to use jump attack( absolutely no point))
