hair and eyes?

I bought some new coloured hair and eyes today but i cant equip it whats yup with that. It says it's useuable up to 50 wins but i cant even put it on.

 

You don't equip them. As soon as you purchase them, they're automatically placed on your character.

 

well i bought them and the dont equip anybody know whats up?

 

What character were you currently using when you bought them, and what character(s) did you use after you purchased them.

You should go to the costume edit mode and see who has them equipped.

 

I bought them for pai and i only use pai. I tried out the contact lenses again yesterday and there was still no change.

 

well the eyes finally worked yesterday, now it's just the hair.
