Does the 360 version has the same graphics as the arcade version?

Does this new version has worser graphics than the original 360 version that was released in 2007. I see some reviewer saying the textures are worser than the original 2007 release on 360. Is it because of the download size limit on marketplace that they have to degrade the textures to fit?

How many GB was the original on disc for the 360?

ignoring the better ps3 d-pad I have both ps3 and 360 consoles so which one shall i download it on and why?

    thanks,

I think VF5FS on 360 looks better then VF5 360. Textures to me look better and the resolution somehow looks sharper.

Do people making comparisons happen to be doing so using identical wires connected to the same TV with the same settings? Pointless otherwise.

The game looks better than Vanilla on both consoles. No textures were left out.

The game uses interlacing on both versions, could it be that this is what you mean?
I dont guess that it gets used in the arcades, and it definitely alters the visuals.

The arcade version runs at sub 720p (I know since I have the board and configured the resolution) so the console versions already have that over the original. Texture detail in some backgrounds seems lower on the PS3. Haven't put in time on the 360 version but will take a look at it later.

They are seriously the same. There really is no discernible difference between the two, when viewed under the circumstances as described by Marly.

I've got all 3 versions hooked up to the same TV (60" Pioneer Kuro plasma). 360 (set to 1080p) via HDMI, PS3 (set to 1080p) via HDMI and Lindbergh via VGA since it doesn't use HDMI. Fairly sure there is texture detail loss in the PS3 version particularly in Jeff's stage. Since I've only spent time with the PS3 rev, can't comment on 360 until I spend more time with it.

While there's tons of smoother animations, I could swear VF5FS on PS3 doesn't look as good as vanilla on Xbox 360. Yeah, same TV. I don't know if it's textures or light effects. Also vanilla stated 1080p on the back cover of the Xbox version, not sure about the PS3, but VF5FS on PS3 is 720p... Also some moves look like they leave a bit of a trail, which never seemed to happen with vanilla on Xbox.

    But I digress...

My initial impression with the PS3 version left me feeling that the textures weren't quite as good as the previous vanilla versions of VF5 (PS3 and 360). I'll do a more direct comparison tonight as I still own the original for both consoles.

Is the 360 version arcade perfect graphically?

What happen to the cool video intros before a match?

The new animations when you hit someone in the air with a move that makes them flip are awesome. It makes the game look more dynamic.

The animation is amazing; second to none. The backgrounds are gorgeous as well.

FS is a very good looking game.

For a old ass engine. The game still looks great. The animations are king. Tekken needs to take notes

I think that the graphics engine is 7 years old. Let's not forget the famous VF5 Tech demo at E3 2005.
