BTW I stopped blocking like I used to cuz it was killing my arm mechanically to do, I need to play a lot more deliberately now, especially if I want to play longer sets. That wasn't so much of a problem earlier on in the game.

Tricky: how scary is that fight for Eileen against Taka? I know two mistakes and she's going for a ride. How do you keep your composure and still get your offense going (I play Aoi).

You're showing much improvement Shidosha. I an tell from our last FT10. However I gotta ask, why the OM? lol

 

Well I didn't really do a great job of keeping my composure in this FT10. But basically I just have to be mindful of what range I'm at, and when taka can launch me. I'm still getting a handle on how far 33P and 33P+K can launch me from especially when i throw out one of my long range pokes like 3K.

When my composure is good, I'm just confident in my decision making during mixups (offensive and defensively). The only range I go into panic mode with taka is within throw range. I don't want to be there against him ever.

 

i took a beating hopefully i see something to correct some of my mistakes.missed punishes, ring awareness, freezing up, combos against taka, to name a few.

 

Is Jean 33PK guarantee after 4KP/4PK against Taka? Not able to tech roll??

 

Yep, it's really the only move Jean needs to do when punishing Taka when he's open. If the first hit connects the whole combo is guaranteed, counter hit or not.

Also offtopic but after Lion's HCB throw against Taka, the pounce is guaranteed. So that's his best throw against Taka.

Yes, Taka cannot tech roll fast enough.
