Friend is looking for a digital camcorder

Wants to spend no more than about 400 bucks..Low light level recording is important. Needs to be able to transfer the media to PC...any recomendations?

 

He wants a digital camcorder with low-light recording ability for $400 or less? I doubt he can find one... unless he'll settle for crappy quality. Well - I guess he could get a used one or one that 'has fallen out from the truck'. /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
