See the subject - If you haven't bought this game yet, you should! It's one of the most outright fun SRPGs I've played since Shining Force 2. Considering this game is actually the seventh in the series that practically CREATED the genre, it comes as no surprise.

To anyone else who's playing: How far along are you all? What characters and unit types do you use the most? What sort of problems in battle have you encountered?

...I really hope someone else is playing this besides me ^^; FE should be enjoyed by many!

I'm currently playing this game, but I think it's a bit too easy. Usually the strong units can counter attack twice and gets all the kills

The only real problem i have is balancing the exp with all my units. Trying to keep everyone around the same level is harder than actually winning the battles. The other thing that gives me a bit of trouble is reequipping my units. I wish instead of buying weapons in battle you can do it in between battles. These are minor complaints though, the game is really good for a GBA game. I hope they bring more of the FE games stateside on the GBA.

The game is pretty easy at points, I agree - but there are some tricky bits that can catch you off guard if you're not paying attention.

There's also a set of bonus scenarios and a Hard mode that open once you've finished the game. I'm looking forward to trying those out.

Is keeping all the units at high levels really necessary though? Usually in these sort of strategy games (Shining Force, etc.) you have some that just fall by the wayside for whatever reason. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
