Do you want all of the character items? How to ?

This is a way to obtain all character items with having to beat the entire game with all 17 charaters, which would take a very long time. If this goes over well, there could be a universal game save for all character items which you could take anywhere you wanted.

Just an idea I had, maybe some people will go with it, maybe some not interested at all, maybe its just a stupid idea. We all have our favorite charecters that we will go through the game first with. We could start with one system data file with 1 character completed. Someone could take that file complete the entire game with their favorite character, re-upload, and the next person could go on from there.

Anyone interested?

 

I will like to do that but not until i have the PS3 and my copy of VF5.

Wait till it gets hacked, it goes online, and tada.

But really, all items are only needed on the machine you play with at a tourney. Otherwise, having someone uploading everything on your machine... fun?

To me, I don't know..So uploading the data fun..? I don't know either.
I dont think this is a bad idea but posible to do it.? I don't have the answer.
But it's fun to think about it...

 

Its easy to exchange the savedata. At this point, real players just need to daisy chain the playerprofiles/savedata from one user to the other.

I don't think anyone realizes how many hours they would have to put into this game to unlock all player data, its just not a realistic option for someone with a life.

Who says? You could have fooled me. All I see are complaints that you can't take custom characters to your friends house.

 

Easy fun way to unlock the majority of the items (requires a stick with autofire or maybe turbo)

1) Go into the VS settings, set the amount of rounds to 1 and health on player 2 to 160

2) Go into VS, take your character against a dummy punching bag profile (preferably not Jacky or Vanessa)

3) Set the control so X is Punch

4) Turn on autofire on X

5) Go on vacation for a week, when you're back your character will have gotten a LOT of items Remember to make the punch bag player win the last match so your character gets $ for his/her's winning streak.

 

The problem with this whole idea is that it actually takes a really long time to get all the items for a character. I still don't have all the items for my vanessa and I've been playing for like a week and a half every single day. I calculated it up, and it takes over 600,000g to buy every item thats in the shop. Getting all the items through tournaments is easier than that... but 600k takes a LOT of money matches.

This is the only way to do it as well unfortunately.. PS3 saves are digitally signed which basically means you can't hack the saves at this point... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif
