Dealing with Taka's Tachiai Stance

    Main Tachiai Stance Transitions:

    [4][P][P][+][K][+][G]

    - If you block [4][P] and think Taka will try Tachiai, you can beat [4][P][P][+][K][+][G] > immediate Tachiai [P][+][K] with a 17F or faster attack

    - If you get CH by [4][P] (say you tried to evade to Taka's stomach) and Taka goes into Tachiai after the first hit, you can beat all immediate options with ECD to any direction (Tachiai [P] can be ECD'd under in this situation)

    [4][P][P][P][+][K][+][G]/[4][P][P][+][K][P][+][K][+][G]

    - If Taka goes into Tachiai after [4][P][P][+][K] on block, immediate Tachiai [P][+][K] will beat any frame 14 or slower attack, so if you want to challenge him here try a 13F or faster attack (such as Kage [1][P][P][P][K]) or go for ECD which will cover all immediate Tachiai options

    - Let's say you get CH by [4][P] and Taka continued the string ([4][P][P] and [4][P][P][+][K] combos if [4][P] CHs)

    - If Taka goes into Tachiai after [4][P][P] or [4][P][P][+][K] normal hits, then Tachiai [P][+][K] can't be interrupted, but you can ECD under Tachiai [P] so ECD will beat all immediate options
    - If you get CH by [4][P][P] or [4][P][P][+][K] (say you block [4][P] then try to hit a button, but Taka hits you with the [4][P][P][+][K] string follow-up), then Tachiai [P] can't be ECD'd

    - In this situation, you'll have to choose between evade which beats Tachiai [P][+][K], Tachiai [P][+][K][+][G] (guard break) or Tachiai [K], but loses to Tachiai [P], OR crouch which beats Tachiai [P][+][K][+][G], Tachiai [K], or Tachiai [P], but loses to Tachiai [P][+][K]

Strategy for Defending Against [4][P] > Tachiai

    - If you evade to Taka's stomach, be aware that you can get hit by [4][P]

    - Why evade to Taka's stomach? This lets you avoid his main low attacks [2][P][+][K][P] and [1][P][+][K] as well as [2_][6][P], which all hit towards his back
    - If you get CH by [4][P], input an ECD to cover all immediate Tachiai options

    - Even if Taka continued the string with [4][P][P] or [4][P][P][+][K] to combo after CHing you with [4][P], you can just react and input another ECD after you get hit by the second hit: this will cover all immediate Tachiai options
    - If you block [4][P] and think Taka will try Tachiai after the first hit, challenge with a 17F or faster attack

    - If you get CH by [4][P][P][+][K] here, first show evade which will let you deal with Tachiai [P][+][K] and Tachiai [P][+][K][+][G] which are both really dangerous if you're near a wall, then if Taka shows you that he'll do Tachiai [P] to catch your evade then you'll have to decide between evade, or crouch to deal with Tachiai [P] after you get CH by [4][P][P][+][K].
    - If you're scared of a follow-up and block [4][P][P][+][K] or [4][P][P] instead and want to deal with Tachiai afterwards, try a 13F or faster attack, or go for ECD

    [6][P][+][K][P][P][+][K][+][G]

    - After blocking [6][P][+][K][P][P][+][K][+][G] a 16F or faster attack (such as Kage [2_][3][P]) will interrupt immediate Tachiai [P][+][K]

    - Say Taka starts going into the third hit [6][P][+][K][P][P] to catch your button: if you block this Taka is -15
    - If you get CH by [6][P][+][K][P] and Taka goes into Tachiai: Tachiai [P][+][K] will beat any button and Tachiai [P] can't be ECD'd

    [6][K][P][P][+][K][+][G]

    - If you block [6][K][P][P][+][K][+][G], you can interrupt immediate Tachiai [P][+][K] with a 16F or faster attack

    - Say Taka starts going into the third hit [6][K][P][P] to catch your button: if you block this Taka is -16

    [4][3][P][P][+][K][+][G]

    - You will mainly see this attack as a meaty option on your tech roll when Taka knocks you down

    - If you block this attack Taka is at least +1, but since this attack has 3 active frames Taka can be up to +3 if he hits you meaty

    - After blocking [4][3][P][P][+][K][+][G], a 14F attack will interrupt immediate Tachiai [P][+][K] if Taka is only +1, but if he's +2 or +3 a 14F attack will lose: in any of these cases, hitting a 12F attack will let you interrupt immediate Tachiai [P][+][K] after blocking [4][3][P], no matter how meaty Taka hits your block with [4][3][P]

    - But it's hard to hit an attack here, since Taka can frame trap you with [2][P] or [6][P]
    - If you want to deal with both [4][3][P] > [6][P]/[2][P] or [4][3][P] > Tachiai, you can go for ECD after blocking [4][3][P], just be aware that this will lose to throw

    - If you have an 11F [P] (Kage, Eileen, Pai, or Lion) challenging with [P] after blocking [4][3][P] is good: although Taka can be up to +3 with [4][3][P], it's hard for him to get +3 since he has to hit you with the very last active frame. Most of the time, Taka will either be +1 or +2 after you block [4][3][P], and in this case your 11F [P] will interrupt [4][3][P] > [6][P] as well as [4][3][P] > Tachiai or [4][3][P] > throw.

    - 11F [P] will lose to [4][3][P] > [2][P], however
