Buffs/Nerfs Wish list

    I could be wrong, but I personally think it's time for some changes on how certain characters play. I'll start it off...

    BUFF DAT BOI WOLF!!

    Screw Lariat (63214 PP)
    • Damage increased to 25.
    Rolling back elbow (6P, P+K)
    • Damage increased to 25.
    Reverse sledgehammer (2_36P)
    • Now recognized as a low attack.
    Rolling elbow (43P)
    • Exe frames decreased to 32 frames.
    R.A.W. Avenger (P+K+G)
    • If the opponent would use their PPP/KK etc, Wolf would counter the 1st hit, but get hit by the rest of the attacks. Wolf now successfully counters the attacker.
    • When P+K+G is held, Wolf now stores armor for the next throw. The ability however is lost when the throw is escaped, CH, or knocked down.
    Deadly move (4P+K+G or 6P+K+G)
    • Faster startup.
    • Can be canceled by back dash or crouch dash.
    Piercing Elbow (Opponent down, 2P+K)
    • Exe frames decreased to 35.
    Elbow drop (Opponent down, 3P)
    • Damage increased to 20.
    Stomping (Opponent down, 3K)
    • Damage increased to 17.
    Low cut punch> Shining Wizard (2P+K, P+G)
    • Shining wizard is now easier to link into.
    • Damage increased to 60.
    AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!! PLEASE BRING BACK HIS OTHER WRESTLING MOVES!!!

    To me, and only to me, I don't see the point of changing things to a remaster. Requested buffs and nerfs through DLC from any fighting game are just taking the easy way out, as I feel. People are too desperate and spoiled for an advantage due to their fragile ego and shortcomings. That's one of the annoyances I have with games past retro versions, though I wasn't particularly a fan of rehashes earlier. Nonetheless, the finalized product in the days of old, through competition and tournaments, that mindset should come back.

    Most I think are OK but some I think too strong. These are:

    Reverse Sledgehammer:
    14f high damaging low is cheap.

    Deadly Move:
    It's already good that he can at least cancel it by jumping. Cancelling into crouch dash makes it safer and now he can revolve around using this move with little risk considering the rewarding options he has from Deadly Move

    I agree with that statement. I've been saying that for years. The same for Vanessa, Goh and other characters too.(y)

    All of you are missing the point. Make 2p have hitstop lol. -5 is + on block with 2p in lag lol

    I like Goh...but I believe him along with the rest of the cast need to have some of their old moves returned to Ultimate Showdown.

    To start things off, Bring back everyone's OM and DM attacks dammit!

    Kuiuchi~Aragami (VF5ver.B *4P,K)
    • Returns but as an offensive move attack.

    Suigetsugeri (VF5ver.B *DM, P+K)
    • Returns as a defensive move attack.
    Keriage(VF5ver.B* OM, K)
    • Offensive move attack returned.
    Abara Kudaki(VF5ver. B *66P)
    • Change input to 41236P
    • Abara Kudaki~ Yami'okuri (4P+G) follow up on counter hit.
    • Side Guard -3.
    • Side Hit +4.
    • Side Counter hit +7.
    Kotetsu(charge 4P+K)
    • While charging, can now be cancelled by forward or back dashing, and defensive move.
    Kiribarai(5K+G)
    • Kiribarai ~ Ikaruga (K+G,P) returns.
    Raijinsatsu(6K+G)
    • Exe frames decreased to 26.
    Sokkotsu Kudaki(1K+G)
    • Exe frames decreased to 24 frames.
    • Can now hit downed opponents.
    Orochinagi(VF5ver.B*1K+G)
    • Change input to 214,K+G.
    • Side Guard -10.
    THROWS

    Tsuyubarai-Todome (VF5ver.B*41236,P+G)
    • Change input to _24,P+G.
    Tachidori Todome (VF4*2486,P+G)
    • One of Goh's most satisfying throws return!
    • Damage increased to 80!!
    Adding all his tsukami throws would be a pain but man I wouldn't mind!
