Hey guys... I'm kinda new here as my title "Stranger" suggests... I don't know if this question makes sense at all, but would it be possible for someone to maybe help me compile a list of moves that can be buffered out of certain other moves (I.E. [P],[K],[4],[6],[6],[P]+[K]) \
    Thanks,

Compiling a list is pointless, because all you need to understand is how buffering works.

Just briefly, you can buffer a command while holding guard, while in block stun, or during the recovery of one of your moves (like the example you gave). The key is that you usually finish the command input the instant you've fully recovered and are free to move.

Read GLC's General Guide, and in the section II. The System -> d. Executing Moves you'll see these methods explained.

So then basically everymove can be buffered some how or another? I'm just trying to figure out a way to make my Akira smoother and faster, it's mostly just Counter, elbow, single palm, Spod, or double jump kicks... I realize that was probably a stupid question to ask but thanks for helping me out just the same

Yep, basically any move can be buffered out of any other move... the key is to buffer the attack just as you're finishing up the recovery from the attack before. In some cases you need to wait a little... like if you wanted to do f,f+K,K ---> d+P ... you need to wait a bit before pressing d+P. That's because f,f+K,K has awful recovery. But in other cases you need to buffer your next attack right away, like if you wanted to do P --> f,f,f+P.
