Brad Online

This could definitely be me, but I have enormous trouble with Brad players. Has anyone else had this issue? The timing on Brads punches and his damn bobbing and weaving, it kills me! Ive never had an issue in Quest Mode. I know there is some lag in matches, but i don't want to throw that as an excuse when it is not something that effects me against any other player. Maybe some anti-brad tips would be good?

 

I've seen the same thing. Usually when someone's abusing brads moves that leave him at advantage, the last hit of a string is high. Duck it and counterattack QUICKLY. If you wait for whiff confirmation he'll hit you with a quick low punch or something.

 

Yeah, Lei and Brad give me the most problems (Jeffry).

They both just seem to have endless strings.

 

I'm one of the (few) Brad users online. White_Worm his the nail right on the head. If you are having trouble versus Brad or Vanessa then you should just watch for all the highs. Brad in VF4 wasn't too hot due to the lack of low attacks and even though he got some love in VF5 he still has too many top moves that attack high.

 

Jesus, this really makes me wish I had the white box of Micro, so I could light up some un-initiated noobs with Bradimus Desimus Meridias Burns. The 360 crowd is going to be the new VF army after this game. The first legitimate fighter to reach next-gen. And if you argue with me that DOA counts, you should probably delete your account here /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif .

 

I play brad also and so far most matches have been pretty balanced havent lost from being owned but just stupid mistakes and misreads and yes there are a few brad moves that leave him wide open there pretty easy to spot but if you keep getting hit by them there a world of hurt. the low game is the key to defeating him but unfortunately most brad players know that and im sure have ways of countering that I know I do, especially against lion players.

 

Yeah your a bastard! I don't have any issues with Vanessa, just Brad heh.
