    besides crouch dashing back, or dashing back and waiting to see if foe whiffs.. and busting out BF k+G as a whiff punisher, anyone know any other setups with this move. This move is a "special high" and execute in 24 frames.

    Im thinking maybe hit check, P ( MC ) into bf K+G..
    or do u guys know ne setups off disadvantage as this move will beat out some moves..

    Oh, wow, this move is really a special high, lol.

    It's a bit tricky but, therefore, hugely rewarding to weave that move into your gameplay. (The move itself is -7 on block.)

    1. As round-opener after back-dashing. 2. Provided that that full circular not launched at phone booth range, after Goh's full-circular /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif. Your opponent's mid hand attacks should miss while /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif hits. 3. Then again, of course, after a successful evade with your opponent still in his attack, it's one of Goh's nicest punishment options.

    Versus all characters you can use this universal combo: /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif > /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif > /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif > /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif

    thnks for the reply leonard. KG into BF KG is a nice setup by the way, im gonna try that today

    that basically is a K+G into P, except BF K+G would be more damaging with the combo u mentioned.. plus u can get a nice oki setup from that shoulder ram finish like a back crumple from OM P or whatver u wanna do after.

    note: 46 K+G can crush a rising kick attack. Learn to time it and it can be deadly.

    Does that apply to only linear non delay while rising?
    Anarkira how reliable is that once u get the timing down for it.. do u use this to crush wr alot?

    As for crushing rising attacks, why is it good for that? Doesnt seem like it has very many hit frames.

    At SoCal I was able to hit with the move from just out of range of a person's rising kick to whiff.

    That's what I think they meant honestly. I've actually NEVER seen someone CRUSH a rising attack with it. But I've seen someone space a rising attack and hit them with it. Trying to crush rising attacks is something I need to get out of the habit of doing, it's not worth it most of the time.

    I think for my animated avatar i used adobe imageready. If you dont have access to it, i'd make one if someone finds a good vid of goh doing the move.

    For directly intercepting rising attacks I'd better use the Knee, if at all (Basara follow-up guaranteed). As for /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif, its range is long enough to punish whiffed linear mid rising kicks.

    BF KG is good after successful DM as most ppl would see u evaded and retaliate with 2p... and the BF LG would beat it because its a special high

    Perhaps it's worth noting that this move has been changed in R ver.B, making it all but useless at punishing whiffs, baiting with back dash, and possibly useless period.

    Don't get too used to it, if it's going to stay like this...

    I liked this move ;(

    Anyway, I'm just saying this is just the way the game is looking now, take it for what you will... I don't play too much these days because one arcade's worth of Japanese players produces more smoke daily than a tar factory, but /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif seems to suck now /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif .

    I think it's a bit too slow. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it btw..

    Creating your own style and experimenting is cool. All this talk though making me think I should should go back to the Hinogami..
