Avoiding Down attacks/throws

So I've been playing online recently a bit with Goh. I've noticed that due to my poor execution at times I end up doing instead of his 270.

I've noticed that lots of people are still eating a down attack from it.
You can avoid the down attack after the throw if you roll in the direction towards his feet are facing.

I'm sure everyone knows by now after Goh's
that you can also struggle on the floor quickly enough to avoid a ground attack.

Hoping some of you guys can add to the thread!

 

Afiter Lei-fei's 3p+g (Abortion Fist), if you roll towards his front, which is towards the fist he uses to strike with, you can avoid his down attack

 

lol i have a strong oki setup after lei 3p+g. As for getting up quickly i mash both the p and g buttons during some of goh's throws

Akai thanks for the find. I knew there was a post made on this but I just couldn't remember. You can also avoid wolf's down attack after just by simply staying on the ground with some characters. (Goh and Kage)
