Arcade item?!?

is there any item for doing missions in arcade mode.

the txt above sounds like it is, but i've never heard of such item. btw. does anybody got 100% his character items?

ps. what you gain after doing challange training in trial mode. i've heard about wallpapers but is it all?

 

I have received some items in the arcade mode, but they are usually rather crappy. Also the money you get from the chests is pitiful, if you're not fortunate enough to get a crappy item, you get something like 50 g's or whatever.

To be honest with you I have absolutely no idea whether it would've been possible to get the items i got in arcade mode in quest as well.

Challenge training gives you a wallpaper. Perhaps some money as well (i'm not sure 'cos i didn't check afterwards).. i said previously that i received an item for my aoi, this isn't true, the green kabuki wig came from a silver chest earlier that day..

Yes there are items to win in arcade-mode. There are three of them (That I'm sure of. Can be one more). You get them by completing the last three missions, check them in the missiontraining in the training menu. Then use the method I discribed above to get them. All other missions is gold (50-150) and can be done while searching for the item-missions. But be sure to loose the match so you stay on stage four or eight which has the largest missionratio. Notice that this is only done for Wolf in my case. Number of winable items may vary from character to character.

thanks for info, you were right. i've done already two of three missions(damn excellent quest is not so easy /versus/images/graemlins/crazy.gif) anyway just for info:

for "break 2(if 1 round) walls" mission lion gets <font color="yellow">Red Helmet</font>

for "win mach in less than 10 secound" lion gets <font color="yellow">Flare Pedant</font>

too bad that hunting for these missions is sooooo annoying /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif

 

ok i at least done that excellent mission /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

so for "win one round(if one round setup) with excelent" lion gets....... <font color="yellow">Reverse Black Cap </font>

Just for the record Akiras item from the "excellent" challenge in arcade mode is his navy blue bandana.I'll try and find out his other ones soon as well as arcade items for other characters.

SIGH /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif Akiras item for winning the fight in the first 10 seconds is just a measly Arm Brace...not even a fancy one just a plain black one.Any how I'm looking for the wall challenge now...

Yeah too damn right the mission hunting is a pain!I've got 100 items for Akira now and almost the ONLY challenge not to come up so far is the bloody wall break challenge.Oh well here's to hunting down those items...

 

but the worst thing is when you find right mission and you fail /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

 

YES!!!Too right.I waited a good 15 mins for the excellent challenge and then fluffed it...only for it to come back within 2 fights time and then I nailed it /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif.

 

I just completed the win in 10 secs mission for pai and got a crappy chrystal bracelet. /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif

 

The Excellent mission gives Aoi the Red Kabuki Wig.
damn, i had the wall breaking challenge once already, but I managed to push lei-fei out of the first hole i made.

Got it! it's the Noh Mask.

break 4 walls is a longtail cap only for 2p(like Yo-ro always use)

excellent: not done yet, But I think is some new hairsty.

My sarah is 112 items but stil not 100%, I must do the chanllge to get items, But I heard is a just wallpaper.
