3 v 3 Tourney at Game Focus !!!! Last Battle

Ryan has got a camcorder from work and since it's the last gamefocus it's the idea that Ryan has come up with that we hold a 3 v 3 tourney which will be video taped and the winners get my Messiah 2 Ps2 (Evo sticks aswell /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif.

Personally i feel it would be better atmosphere then watching dai, ryan vosor own for the day.

VHS copies of the tournament will be available afterwards too!

Last Game Focus, gotta make it worth something and not just the same as all the rest.The tourney isnt exactly gonna last all day, we can play normal challenges before/after the tourney.

Yah I had Oda and Sham on my team. Finals were against Ryan, JB and Masamune. Talk about a veterans team. It was a close finals tho. Oda nearly came through.

ps: damn u JB I'll get u next time, lol. I was slamming in the f+p+g a lil too slow each time.

i was glad i came to this one, it was so much fun with the 'new' 3 on 3 tourney.....
i did a little bit better this time than last week, prolly because i've got used to the evo sticks now (last week was a nightmare for me /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif)
in fact i like these sticks so much now that i've just ordered one from lik-sang.com!! /versus/images/graemlins/blush.gif /versus/images/graemlins/blush.gif /versus/images/graemlins/blush.gif it should arrive next week..... about the same time when i get hold of my PS2... muhahaha... hopefully i'll get to train some other characters as well, other than just akira all the time..

UK FEET BRIBE VOLUME 2 RESULTS

First of all I would just like to thank all of you for coming down and participating(even the ones who left early and left their teams in the ditch ), it was real good fun and I believe everyone had a good time.

It was a nice little something to round of the game focus gatherings.

We had 6 teams eventually so we did a 3 way Triple Threat matchup with both sets of teams (Double Triple Threat ).

All teams members were randomly drawn from a hat.

All teams once completed numbers 1-6 were then put into a hat and then drawn to make up the brackets.

Teams 4,2 and 3 were on one side

Teams 1,5 and 6 were on the other side.

Teams 3 and 2 both beat team 4

Teams 1 and 6 both beat team 5

Teams 4 and 5 were then out.

Team 3 beat team 2 to get seeded.

Team 6 beat team 1 to get seeded on the other side.

I guess dynamic Steve may put the matches up someday. If anyone is interested in having their very own copy of the whole tournament on VHS I will be making VHS tapes so just post here if you're interested. I will also be putting the Virtua Fighter Evolution 3 on 3 Feet Bribe Vol 1 Tourney on the same VHS as a bonus too. POST HERE GUYS!

Even though gf is out of bounds from now on it doesnt mean we are out of vf action completely. I may be holding some vf evo tournaments on BACK TO BACK machines in Trocadero very very soon. Its not 100% yet but stay tuned guys and stay cool.

good fun, i had a blast... highlights of the 3on3 for me are as follows:

Q, your akira is 00ber, vey stylish looking, and i see you got the pit ~ slam, elbow palm pretty much sussed /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif, very much worthy of substititing Dakira since he unfortunatley could'nt make it.

heh, i also saw you own an entire team, so give urself credit man!

S Samurai, your sarah is top form, looks like some Anii play, without a doubt the strongest around the area. Faded, cool goh.. managed to be be a very helpful starter for our team, thumbs up pal!

Steve (lion), nice to play him, it was very tricky, though i managed to break a sloppy win, lol. To everyone else, that was definatley the best GF by far, i think i played a little bit more confident today (even against ryan i think), although i still got training to do to become a better challenge.

yah man. I'd love to have a copy of the VHS tape Ryan. I'd love to study ppl. Then maybe later this year hopefully. I'll get that device similar to Steves one to capture onto the PC. Then I'll make a CD outta it or something or post it secretly on Kazaa. But yah, let us know when it's done and how we can grab a copy ^-^

Anyway's I just got off said train and amma gonna type up my impressions of the people I played before I hit the sack.

Jide - I thought our first match was a lot more fun than our second even if you won that one. /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif Still, thank fuck I evened up or I'd be too scared to set foot in #vf-uk. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

BareKnuckle - Unfortunatly we only played against each other once. Unfortunatly for me that is, since you stopped my little Goh streak just as it was getting started. I think I remember it being a nice match though, you're more agile than the average wolf. Nice job on getting us third place.

R- silver - I want revenge next time! Our Goh's are so different, and it was looking so close there. In the end though you just plain outplayed me in that last round. Nice job.

Vosor - Really strong even when clearly having a little trouble input with the stick. I totally lucked out in my tourny win against him, (but he totally robbed me of a win with akira earlier!). Also has a fnatastic attitude and is always quick to praise his opponents win or lose.

Ollie - THAT ringout was so wrong. /versus/images/graemlins/blush.gif I'm glad I didn't have to play your Shun today, in fact you didn't seem to get a chance to play much at all today, but for what it's worth I was glad to see you were on my team when the names were getting drawn.

Pat - My only memory of our match is eating that deeply annoying looking throw of sarahs twice in one round. But watching you play someone else I had to mention to Ollie that you seem to have gotten so much better since we first played in july. And you were no slouch then.

Q_Otaku - I really enjoyed the games we got to play before it started getting crowded. Your akira is so nice, really quick and twitchy. I shudder to think how much cash he's cost you to build in P2W.

Random - Hey! Did you notice I don't deal well with dash in throw at all! Giant swing, giant swing, giant swing....

Oh well it's not a proper vf session if you don't get raped at least once right? /versus/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

strange aside - lots of strong wolfs in london, much more than any other character it seems.

Most important thing - I had MAD fun today, had a couple streaks, a couple horrible losses. And genereally left feeling good about my performance even with it's low points.

Thanks to everyone who was there for making it a really pleasant experience. Shame the GF thing has to end.

Hopefully get to play some of you again the next time I'm down.

Ryan Regarding the tapes put me down for one /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Overall I think that I played my worst only a few good matched here and there, highlights include getting owned by Bareknuckles low throw setups, and playing Ryan blinking then realising I had lost /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Guess I need to be more consistent, that Sham guy proper performed illusion technique on me I thought he couldn't play the game the next thing I know the man is dancing with Lei fei /versus/images/graemlins/ooo.gif And Otaku I had some fun matched against your Akira, only downer was the full akira contingent were there cause Knee ninja couldn't make it down. Overall impressed with everones play.
Regarding the media I saved all the replays from the other machine cause Steve and Ryan did the other one so hopefully I'll get them done some time this week and post the good one's, don't worry Vosor I got yours as well /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif. Right I'm off to train hardcore now for next time, NO MERCY!!! The unholy trinity of Rapist Wolf, Geisha Whore Aoi, and old pimp Shun (sam seed)will return /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif
P.s Archangel Pm'd you about previous media but not sure if it got sent(dam pm system dosn't confirm message sent /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif), just to be sure it would be better if you lot uploaded those media clips I gave you cause I don't reckon I've got enough space to fit everything on my webspace.
