I was like that a while ago, I got into so many bad habits while maining Goh, then I switched to Jeffry and rebuilt my game from scratch after understanding Nitaku. Maybe you should pick up a new character and start afresh?
Sometimes just taking a break helps. OR, as Strider said, trying a very different character. Switching to Aoi helped me to think about things differently.
As above, switch to Taka so you can mash 2P+KP like me, you'll find it's great therapy slapping at other peoples' ankles :p
