Great video! Tiers list can take away one of the most amazing aspects of Fighting games: the capability of being able to discover your identification with a particular character, explore a Fighting style that you really identified with

I see amazing things being done by players using mid-tier or even low-tier characters that truly blew my mind! At worst tier list can be an argument against creativity and exploration in Fighting games

I disagree, but understand your perspective. Tier lists don't matter in games that are very well balanced but there are fighting games where some characters just don't stack up and to play those character would be a massive hindrance.

I undestand your perspective as well. Indeed, games like Mortal Kombat II (that I love, but I am not blinded of its problems) have severe balance issues, being near impossible to beat a good Mileena player, for example.

However, when the game less balance issues, but still have tier lists, it can be truly amazing to see a player pull off a victory against an opponent the they have an statistic disavantage against. Like, for example, in Super Street Fighter II Turbo tournaments, when a Cammy player manage to beat a Boxer player
